Return commodities and refund policy

1. Submit request to return commodities and refund:

Customers shall submit requested to return the commodities to taladlao.com, and which shall be made before the limitation time specified by taladlao.com guarantee as mentioned on the service condition.

2. Submit request to return commodities

Customers may submit request to return commodities and refund in accordance to the situation as below:

- Customer not receive the commodities.

- The commodities not good performing or lost during delivery.

- vendor does not delivery the commodities as agreement (such as: dimension or color).

- The products functions or shape different from the explanation on the product list.

Customers shall submit request via taladlao.com mobile app or any other channels specified by taladlao.com, taladlao.com will review each request from customer case by case basis and will be decided whether to process in accordance with the customer request or not which will depend on the sole discretion of taladlao.com.

3. Vendor’s right.

As soon as received the request from customer regarding return the commodities and/or refund, taladlao.com will notify to vendor by written, the vendor may reply to customers within the specific time “period of specific time”, in case taladlao.com does not receive any reply within the mentioned time from vendor, taladlao.com will consider as the vendor does not accept customer’s request and will process to evaluated customer’s request without notify to vendor again.

4. The condition of commodities to be return.

In order to avoid the complication to return the commodities, customer should make sure that the commodities including the accessories such as: accessories that come along with the commodities must be return to vendor in the same condition and quantities as customer received, we recommended that customer shall take a photo of the commodities while receiving the commodities and/or at the time of return.

5. Return commodities fee:

Customers and vendors shall discuss and finalize the responsibility for the delivery fee of the return the commodities.

6. Refund
Customer will receive the refund as soon as taladlao.com got confirmation from vendor, in case taladlao.com does not get any responds from vendor within the specific time, taladlao.com have the right to return the related money to customer without notify to vendor again, the money will be transferred to customer’s account or designated bank as appropriate.
7. The communication between customer and vendor:

Taladlao.com encourages customer and vendor to communicate with each other in the event of a business transaction problem on taladlao.com platform.
